Over 150 people enjoyed Fort Albert Open Day, including His Excellency Andrew Murdoch, Governor of Bermuda, and the Hon. Renee Ming, JP, MP.
Attendees enjoyed Gosling’s beverages, music by Heart & Soul and joined Patrick Paley for a tour of the fort. The pipers and drummers of The Bermuda Islands Pipe Band performed on the gun emplacements and were joined by their highland dancers.
For many it was their first visit to Fort Albert; others remember visiting the fort when it was part of the hotel complex up until the late 1980s.
